Hi! Welcome to this special episode. I am
here with two engineering student chefs, Onur and Kevin. Welcome to the College Bro Cooking Show. My name is Onur Erdemir and my name is Kevin Kmetz. Mechanical Engineering major. I’m a mechanical engineering major, biomedical engineering. We are the College Bro Cooking Show and our goal is to bring you guys cheap, affordable, delicious and very healthy meals. Healthy Today we’re making affordable brunch that you can make at home for your friends and Brunch menu: Omelette, potatoes, pumpkin pancakes come along with us on this journey. Dice potatoes safely. Add potatoes to frying pan. Stir every five minutes until browned. So we know our potatoes are ready when
they have this lovely golden brown color. Come to where you can see this. And then we are going to flip them. So just want to stir them probably
maybe every five minutes or so. Seasoning used for potatoes. Olive oil, garlic salt, pepper. Crack two to three eggs into a bowl. Sometimes when you don’t have a whisk, you use a knife. Omelette preparation. Whisk two to three eggs. Add seasoning to whisked eggs. Italian herbs, garlic salt. Bell peppers, mushrooms, and Turkish sausage. Ingredients for omelette: mushrooms, bell peppers, turkish sausage Prepare pan for omelette. Grease with olive oil. First cook the omelette ingredients. Add whisked and seasoned egg! Pour slowly to avoid splashing. Splendid sir! Splendid! Time to start the pumpkin pancakes. Mix flour, pumpkin Add the liquid components. One teaspoon of vanilla extract. One tablespoon of coconut oil. The final touch. A few shakes of cinnamon. Mix the pancakes! Show us your whisk tricks. Flip omelette. Awesome! Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Cheese. Flip pancakes. Ahh! Final step. Add the omelette to your plate! Fold in half using the pan. That’s gonna be delicious. Add the pancakes and potatoes. Add fresh pepper if you please.
