Using Google Scholar to search the Lee College Library


Hi today I’m going to show you how to
use Google Scholar with Lee college resources. First go to scholar.google.com
it’ll take you to Google Scholar search page, from here click on settings. In
settings click on library links and here type in Lee College. Select the first one
and the third one both options say Lee College click Save. And now you connected
Google Scholar to Lee College resources. Now let’s do a quick search to see how this
works I’ll search for information technology and since I can’t spell let
it auto corect welcome once it’s done a search these are items these PDFs are
files that are viewable through Google Scholar these texts share ones and
full-text ones are items that Lee College has allowed you to view due to
linking the Google Scholar app to us so let’s see how they look. As you can see
here’s a regular journal entry page you can see an abstract the journal and
click on the left for full text. Let’s see how this one looks this one
takes us straight to the full text of the article. So that in a nutshell is
how to use Google Scholar with Lee College. Hope you found this video useful
